The plan was changed. Returns the updated plan offering.

The change was refused and nothing changed. Messages, by field:

• base: Your account is still being set up, so paid plans aren't available yet. Contact support. -- the company is not vetted for a paid plan yet.
• payment_method_id: is required for a paid plan -- no chargeable card on file (see Payment Methods).
• base: this account has an outstanding balance, so its plan cannot be changed here -- please contact support -- plan_status is past_due or unpaid.
• base: this company is already on that plan
• plan: is not offered to this company, is not offered at this job tier or is not a plan that can be moved to; job_tier_id: is not a job tier offered to this company -- the plan or tier is not in the offering.
• job_tier_id: can't be blank -- required unless the company's owner has no job tiers; must be left out: this company is not priced at job tiers -- the reverse.
• job_tier_id or plan: allows N active jobs, and M are online -- take jobs offline first.
• base: this company requests plan changes rather than selecting them or this company is billed by usage and its plan cannot be changed through this API -- the offering's mode is request; use plan_requests.
• base: This plan isn't available to switch to right now. Contact support., or a message saying nothing was changed and to try again -- the billing system refused or did not answer.
