Create AI Ranking Profile

Creates the job's AI ranking profile, optionally with its criteria. A job has at most one profile, and it must exist before criteria can be added through the criteria endpoints. AI ranking endpoints are unavailable while AI ranking is turned off for the company.

Optional. 0 to 99, and less than strong_threshold. Defaults to 33.

Optional. 1 to 100, and greater than weak_threshold. Defaults to 67.
