Reopens one of your canceled companies. A company you bill goes back onto the plan it was on; a company billed directly by the platform starts over on its signup plan. Takes no payload. Only a private-label key may call it: a canceled company's own keys are deactivated with it, and a user session is refused. Integration-partner keys are refused. The company is found among your canceled companies, so it is not found once it is active again.
