Adds a stage to the pipeline. A pipeline has at most 7 stages, and the default pipeline already has 7, so delete a stage (or reset the pipeline) before adding one. The Hired and Archived system stages always come last: to place the new stage before them, pass the Hired stage's position, and the system stages move down. Requires a plan that includes pipeline customization.
