Returns the charges, active jobs and sites billed to one of your companies for one month, for a company still on the old pricing model. Defaults to the current month. A company on the plans model gets 404 here; its current plan is on GET billing/plan_offering. Users need the AccountManagement permission. Integration-partner keys are refused.
